Job Summary

We’re seeking a curious and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Research Services division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their market research career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with client research projects from proposal to analysis, with the goal of eventually managing projects independently.
• Support proposal creation, survey drafting, data analysis, and development of topline summaries in PowerPoint.
• Learn IntelliSurvey’s research and reporting platform, focusing on data reporting and visualization tools.
• Respond to client and internal data requests, such as creating filters, running cross tabulations, weighting data, and performing advanced analytics.
• Train clients, project managers, and internal team members on the use of IntelliSurvey’s reporting tools.
• Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing screeners and questionnaires for completeness, logic, and clarity.
• Collaborate with programmers, clients, and vendors to maintain high-quality deliverables and strong working relationships.
• Support the Director of Research with ongoing initiatives and mentoring as your skills advance.

• Bachelor’s degree; marketing, communications or business preferred.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in quantitative research (market research agency or research department experience a plus).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SPSS or similar analysis programs preferred.
• Experience generating cross tabulations or performing data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn — a “doer,” not a delegator.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new tools and methodologies.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours during peak times.
