With a strong presence in the U.S. and a diverse team of talented professionals worldwide, we’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform and create amazing user experiences for our customers.

Our UI is built with a strong emphasis on design and usability, and this role will be central to maintaining the platform’s user-centric design principles. If you are passionate about UX design and want to make an impact while working alongside talented professionals, we’d love to talk.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers, senior designers, and developers to translate user needs into creative, user-friendly design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guide to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Apply UX best practices and design principles to improve user experiences based on research insights and user feedback.
• Assist in conducting usability tests, A/B tests, and refining designs to ensure they meet the highest usability standards.
• Take ownership of specific platform areas (applets), developing expertise and ensuring cohesive, user-friendly designs.
• Help refine internal design patterns and collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent, polished final product.

What We're Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in UX/UI design or a related field with 1-3 years of professional experience (preferably in web based software).
• Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your design process, from research to final designs, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for learning.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web applications.
