IntelliSurvey has an exciting opportunity for a Project Consultant to work from their home office in India supporting the EMEA team in London. The Project Consultant is responsible for the guidance and consultation of clients throughout the entire project process whilst overseeing and playing a major role in project execution along with cross-functional internal resources. May be required to assist the Sales team with managing client requests including assessing project requirements. 

Ideal candidate will be located in India. This position will be employed through our EOR, but working for IntelliSurvey. 

This opportunity concerns a role in our weekend shift, covering 9am-6pm GMT hours on Wednesday to Sunday one month and the next month hours would be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm GMT.  

**Please note once a month, you will be working alongside your team from Wednesday to Friday, on Saturday and Sunday you will work independently and carry sole responsibility for managing fieldwork and client communication for all live projects in your team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Managing and hand holding clients through end-to-end sample delivery, including:

  • Coordinating and managing all data collection activities to client timelines and budget, including questionnaire review/advice (especially screening criteria), data collection, sampling, balancing to representative targets where applicable, quota management, daily updates to the client
  • Understanding client objectives and taking ownership of all project tasks and meetings with supervision by Business Development team as necessary
  • Designing sampling frames for fast-turnaround projects and understanding of sampling techniques
  • Proactively documenting project specifications to finalize sample plans and coordinating multiple third-party panel providers per project in conjunction with Project Managers
  • Where necessary, working with and managing research suppliers to achieve accurate data collection that is in line with best practice methods, while maintaining profitability
  • Maintaining positive working relationship with Integrated Solutions Team (IST), Programmers, clients and vendors, including potential future management/mentorship of a team of Project Manager's
  • Developing an understanding of the company's product portfolio and demonstrating an ability to facilitate and support the delivery of new and expanded products/services
  • Problem solve and find solutions in an ambiguous environment

May also be required to support the Business Development Team by:

  • Liaising and negotiating with (multiple) panel vendors to assess feasibility of client requests
  • Collating costs from panel vendors and recommend best-fit approach to Sales Lead
  • Creating and developing proposals with consideration for profitability whilst keeping within client budgets

Qualifications:

Education and/or experience:

  • Applicant must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with a team
  • 2+ years of work experience managing online market research fieldwork projects under tight timelines, preferably including multi-sourcing of sample panel partners;
  • Be comfortable challenging clients and making recommendations for project improvements for the good of the research
  • Client-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Experience of working with Management Consultancy/Private Equity/Corporate clients a major advantage
  • Account Management experience within a Sales environment advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of the online panel landscape is a major advantage, but training will be provided
  • MS Office skills (Strong with Excel in particular)
