Account Manager (U.S.)
IntelliSurvey is seeking a savvy Account Manager with Market Reseach experience. The AM is primarily responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with current clients, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the IntelliSurvey delivery team. Their core responsibilities include coordinating research projects and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and maximize business opportunities. The Account Manager plays a crucial role in client satisfaction, project coordination, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 plus bonus. We consider job level, geography, and the skills and experience you bring to the team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders within the current IntelliSurvey portfolio, aiming to activate, expand and increase revenue.
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Achieve quarterly goals while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
- Understanding of Management Consultancy/Consultancy/PE/Corporate clients and their needs.
- Participate in and support quarterly review meetings with clients, contributing valuable insights and information.
- Serve as a “thought partner” both internally and externally, proactively engaging and proposing thoughtful solutions to research problems.
- Participate in the development of proposals, presentations and pitches to win new business. Scope, price, and propose on incoming bid requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and objectives (programming, fielding and research).
- Highly responsive to client requests and inquires as well as internal team requests from Sales, Programming, Operations and Research
- Responsible for profitability of accounts and reaching profitability targets at a territory and client level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably in market research
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques
- Proven ability to build and maintain long term relationship
- Results oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment (Remote mindset).
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
